- Participants must follow race rules, marshal instructions, cut-off times, medical directions, and safety protocols.
- Participants should provide accurate personal, emergency, and race category information.
5. Payment, Refund, and Transfer
Payment, refund, transfer, category change, and cancellation rules will follow the official participant guide or confirmation notice issued by SIGITMK Marathon. Any special case is subject to organizer approval.
6. Intellectual Property
All SIGITMK Marathon names, race marks, logos, event copy, visual identity, and related materials belong to the organizer or authorized partners. Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or misleading representation is prohibited.
